Although it has become more commonplace in recent years, working from home is still not the norm. One advantage is that you can design your own office space and create a comfortable environment that suits your needs. You also have more control over your schedule and can take breaks when needed. A disadvantage is that you may feel isolated from colleagues and miss out on important office friendships.
