Most people work around 8 hours per day. However, there is evidence that productivity starts to decline after about 6 hours of work. So, working longer hours may not actually be beneficial. In fact, working too long can take a toll on your health and well-being. It can lead to burnout, anxiety, and depression. It can also negatively impact your relationships and social life.
