Despite some progress being made, LGBT people still often don't feel welcome at work. This is especially true for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, who often face discrimination and exclusion in the workplace. More needs to be done to make workplaces more inclusive for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
