About this image

Having a healthy spine is important for your overall health. The lower spine is especially sensitive to injury, so it's important to keep it in good shape with regular exercise. Here are some exercises that focus on the lower spine:1) Side Bends: In this exercise, you'll bend your side to the side, keeping your back straight. Try to do as many as possible throughout the day.2) Scissorpulls: This exercise will help improve your balance and strength in the lower back. It involves lying flat on your back and pulling both legs towards your chest simultaneously.3) Pigeon Arms: This move helps to stretch and strengthen the shoulders, neck, and lower back. Lie flat on your back with both hands by your sides, then lift one arm towards the ceiling. Hold for a second, then switch arms.
